Started Out Bad Ended Up Good I bought my truck brand new from All American of San Angelo, I purchased the lifetime oil change & service agreement. I take my truck in for service w I bought my truck brand new from All American of San Angelo, I purchased the lifetime oil change & service agreement. I take my truck in for service when needed and expect that everything is checked and that if something is needed such as a fuel filter or air filter then I would be told and it would be taken care of. I have had issues with the engine light coming on concerning the exhaust and fuel system. It has been in the shop several times and several sensors have been replaced. Two weeks ago, the light came on again, my dad took the truck to the service department and was told that they were running behind and that an appointment would have to be made, therefore an appointment was made for two weeks later. Took my truck in at appointment time, they had it from Thursday morning until Tuesday (and this is a short time for them) then called and said that my fuel filter was dirty and had never been changed along with the fuel injectors, that is their job when I take it in for a service. I was told that it would cost a large amount of money to get fixed. I at that point became furious wondering why it had not been taken care of before it had gotten to this point. However, the General Manager did take care of the problem only charging me for the cost of the fuel filter. There have been several times I have brought my truck in for one thing or another and they have kept my truck for several weeks leaving me with no vehicle. My suggestion to All American is to loan a committed customer a vehicle when they are going to keep the only vehicle they have for so long (Chevrolet and Ford does). That is not good business. There has also been a few times that I brought it in for a service and the computer had not been cleared when I received it back making me question whether it had really been serviced or not. It is a known fact that All American Dodge in San Angelo, Texas is very slow. That is a complete turn off. I do want you to know that I have bought several vehicles from All American, San Angelo only due to Cody Clements. NOT FOR THE SERVICE! He is an awesome salesman and a great guy. I will say that if things don't change I will consider buying somewhere else!!! More

Recall Cruise Control Well I don't know what happens or how long a takes to accomplish but I arrived with my vehicle before 7 am. At 7 am the employees show up. I fell in line like number 3 so it was at least after 7:10 am before I was asked for my name. So my vehicle was taken after that and was moved to the technician. The service department said my vehicle would be completed before noon. OK so I got a courtesy ride home. At 7:28 am I received a call from the service department that I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I had not been dropped off at my home yet. I returned the call as soon as I went in the house and ask who this was and they told me my vehicle was ready. What? I though it would take longer. It must have been in service not more than 18 minutes or less. Can this be? I don't know but to set up the equipment, update the software, and on and on. Less than 18 minutes is efficient time but was it complete correctly. More
Excellent Service with little hassle Josh from Internet Sales was excellent to work with. He went to bat for me with his finance managers, and I got a deal that I was happy with.
