Service time The work always seems to be fine. The time it takes is less than great. My van usually ends up there for 7-10 days, between taking a day or two to ch The work always seems to be fine. The time it takes is less than great. My van usually ends up there for 7-10 days, between taking a day or two to check it in the first place, to waiting for parts and then getting the work done. This time the part they had was wrong, and then they ordered the wrong part, and then the correct part wasn't shipped. That last part wasn't the shop's fault, but if the correct part had been ordered in the first place, there wouldn't have been that problem. I was given a loaner car from Friday-Tuesday, though, after I voiced my displeasure at being without my vehicle for so long. It had already been since Tuesday. So that was nice. More
