The worst service experience I’ve ever had. I took my $75000 2016 Challenger Hellcat to All American Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of San Angelo for an oil change, new tires, window tint, detail cleanin I took my $75000 2016 Challenger Hellcat to All American Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of San Angelo for an oil change, new tires, window tint, detail cleaning, and to check a loud ticking noise coming from the engine. It was found that the engine needed to be replaced. It took over a month and a half to get the engine replaced. It was after the engine was replaced that they finally did the window tint and detail. My wife went to pick the car up the day after they called and said it was ready. She was treated with complete disrespect and disdain at the dealership. When she saw the car she was livid. It was still dirty inside and out. This is after what was advertised as a $200 showroom quality cleaning. The window tint had bubbles throughout and was not as dark as had been requested, and the request was within the legal limits. We were told it would be redone same day. When we returned to the dealership we saw our car being hot-rodded around the lot and surrounding streets. This is being done to a brand new engine that has not been properly broken in. I am completely livid and disgusted. I will never return or recommend this service center or dealership. More
