We have only been back in the U.S. for a few weeks due to military service, and it is so refreshing to know kindness and pure customer service still exists. Fast service and polite. I usually come early in the morning to avoid the wait. I have now come twice around 2:00 PM and the wait was no longer than an hour or so. I am always pleasantly surprised at the improvement in the service department over the last couple of years. They exhibit a genuine concern for the overall experience of the customer. I have dealt with this department on a couple of occasions besides oil changes and have dealt with Josh, Dallas, and one other guy (I can't recall his name, sorry); and they all do a great job. These people are your best advertisement. The people that actually do the work are excellent as well, but I usually don't get to meet them. Keep up the good work. Paul More
