Why can't you get it right? Had to bring my Jeep in for a recall and when I went to pick it up I couldn't find it. Talked to Paul McClure and Made an appointment then found out that the appointment was overlooked. (No Record) Pushed out a week. I have had my Jeep serviced several time and they had no record of service. Before he tells me the issue he tried to up-sale me on optional services. You need brake, etc. Once the problem was diagnosed he said it was under warranty then calls the next day and says, "after we punched it into the computer its not covered" I made the decision to keep the Jeep there even though i could have taken it to my normal mechanic. No follow up phone call to notify me that the job was completed. I did like the fact that the service dept was open on Sat but it was still $900 for the repair. Not impressed. Your shop has a bad reputation ( has for years) although I see some improvements it needs to be all about the customer experience. Don't get me wrong, Paul's a nice guy. I just didn't feel the welcome from the service dept. More

Oscar Rodriguez best car salesman I've ever had. I went by Lithia to help my cousin get into a new truck because he was going through a separation and needed his own transportation. I was so impressed and satisfied with how he helped my cousin that I went back and bought a vehicle for myself. Paul McClure answered the phone and told me to bring it in. He met me at my truck door when I pulled up, had my ppw in hand and check in took about 5 seconds. Told him I needed the truck back by Thursday. Got a phone call around 1:30 on Tues saying it was done. Picked it up Wednesday and same thing, ppw was ready and we were out the door in a cpl mins. MUCH BETTER SERVICE than in the past!! Actually look forward to our next oil change! More
