I would say my visit was fair. The folks there are nice. Time management is not their best suit though. They don’t have vehicles ready in a acceptable time sometimes. Which makes the customer have to figure other means of transportation while the shop takes its time. Also when communicating prices of jobs to a customer it needs to be accurate. I was told a job on my vehicle was going to cost me 1100$ I go to pay the bill and it’s 1400$. Of course I had to pay it, but I wasn’t to happy about the misleading information and of course taking way to long then it should have. Can’t remember the gentlemen name he sits in the front. Nice guy very courteous I’d give 10s in his customer service skills, but pricing was way off. Of course he can’t control how long the shop takes to fix vehicles, but they need to speed it up. Some jobs just don’t take a week to do. Customers do get upset. More
