Sub par Service & Lack of communication Not a very competent service department. Brought my 2019 Ram 3500 in for a check engine light for a turbo under boost and they claim the took care of Not a very competent service department. Brought my 2019 Ram 3500 in for a check engine light for a turbo under boost and they claim the took care of the recalls I kinda have a feeling they didn’t. Picked my truck up Friday July 24,2020 drove down the road and the check engine light came back on. Brought it back in on Saturday July 25th and Alex said they would check it out. I called on July 28th and Alex said the Tech wasn’t in today and isn’t sure what’s going on but that the tech would be back Wednesday and he would let me know something. Now you wouldn’t believe me if I told you but he didn’t call me on Wednesday I had to call him Thursday morning and Alex said that the tech hadn’t made it in to work yet. I will be picking it up tomorrow Friday with them having it a week and not touching it. They told me I could pull my 40ft travel trailer to South Texas and have a Dealer Service department down there look at it. More

My experience was ok but I was left in the dark a few days awaiting updates on repairs prior to delivery of my vehicle. After finally getting in contact with my sales associate, I was told the delivery trailer was broken and that it would have to be driven rather than towed. Not a deal breaker but I definitely lost confidence in the dealerships ability to follow up on their word. More
