Left vehicle for oil change, seat belt replacement and ram box replacement. Left truck Sunday nit and noted this on your nite owl form. Left truck all day Monday, when I came to pick it up the Ram box had ram box replacement. Left truck Sunday nit and noted this on your nite owl form. Left truck all day Monday, when I came to pick it up the Ram box had not been replaced. NO reason given for this ram box not being replaced. Also I had a Air pressure alarm on right front tire when I left truck and when I picked it up. This makes me wonder about all the other items you said were checked. Now I am going to have lose use of my truck another day because your service dept. failed to perform all the required maintenance on my visit. More
