The first day I received my used 2017 chevy silverado, the transmission was messing up. I gave the salesman (Manuel Munoz) a call and explained what it was doing and he was quick to take the truck back to the transmission was messing up. I gave the salesman (Manuel Munoz) a call and explained what it was doing and he was quick to take the truck back to try and get the issue resolved. They had my truck for little over a month and I now have it back. There was issues between 2 service departments on getting the issue resolved but then the general manager stepped in and helped. Long story short, I now have a truck with a working transmission and I love it! It did take a while but at least the problem was solved and fixed. They were always friendly and professional when speaking with them and I appreciate that. Thanks! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. More
