I have been waiting for my vehicle since June/July, which is still currently in your possession. I was informed that work could not get completed until I pay $400. Most dealers I have dealt with throughout m is still currently in your possession. I was informed that work could not get completed until I pay $400. Most dealers I have dealt with throughout my lifetime, complete the work first then expect payment upon completion. Now according to your manager, you want $400 Now to do the diagnostic, then complete the work so I am expected to make two payments instead of one. More
