Service department is lacking in customer service. I am so disappointed in them. I have purchased 2 vehicles from there and love the sales department but this time around having to deal with the service de so disappointed in them. Went in to get a free oil change on my Grand Cherokee that has Jeep wave program... After the service was done the oil pressure warning came on. Went back and talked to service tech and manager. They d that has Jeep wave program... After the service was done the oil pressure warning came on. Went back and talked to service tech and manager. They did not fill up enough oil in the engine! After taking a look at how they are doing the oil change it's apparent that the initial oil check was done at an incline! So, the oil level was higher and then they checked it again on a level surface... bingo more oil was needed. I'm glad they fixed their mistake but just be aware this could happen to you. More

I never have heard of loosing on warranty due to refinancing. The explaination from the financial mgr to me was not detailed enough. The salesman juan is really good. I was very pleased with my experience with All American. I had a good deal and a great interest rate, nailed down, before I ever set foot in the dealership. I was purchasing long distance, and did not want to show up to the dealership, and face a lot of hassle. I arrived to find my new vehicle cleaned, fueled, and ready to go.
