Expect to pay thousands more than window sticker states. No communication between staff, rusted undercarriages on 3 trucks I saw, took 12 weeks and a email to CEO of Lithia Brian DeBoer to correct issues. Service dept does not believe customer and 2nd vehicle was not detailed, topped off with gas or tinted as stated. Expect to call, text, email and return many times before someone will listen and do something to get close to your moneys worth. When all is said and done, you will be hounded daily with texts asking how they did. More

All of the employees were more than helpful. Many vehicles to choose from. After I purchased the vehicle and it was cleaned up very well I noticed damage on both bumpers. My suggestion is to have veh vehicles to choose from. After I purchased the vehicle and it was cleaned up very well I noticed damage on both bumpers. My suggestion is to have vehicles much cleaner before the purchase. New bumpers are expensive. Thank you. More
