This experience was exceptional. I dealt with an internet sales individual Ronald Chavez. I have made than more than 15 new vehicle purchases through the years and have many firsts in terms of purch internet sales individual Ronald Chavez. I have made than more than 15 new vehicle purchases through the years and have many firsts in terms of purchase experiences, but this particular experience was the least stressful and informative yet. Ronald, was more than experienced, he was an individual who sought to express of all of his attention on me through this new purchase process. There were no games, gimmicks or hard to play objectives. He was a professional, a leader among peers, as he allowed his counterparts to take on additional customers which would equate to their numbers and / or revenue in his absence. He made me his #1 customer when I was there and although he was dealing with an unforeseen issue with his back he still maintained a high level of activity beyond a normal individuals taking and without complaint. Although unrelated to the purchase of itself, I have to make mention of it this amazing sales representative that put his customer before his personal care. Ron was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and patient with this purchase request from me. He was engaged where he had to be, continued coordinations while waiting on other departments as we moved through the process. He checked on me frequently throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable, offered me cold water beverages and went out of his way to ensure this was a great experience. As an individual that has made many new car purchases, I can state for fact that there was no frustrations encountered in the process. I came prepared with my nominal and max purchase limits and without much discussion outside of that, Ron and his team made necessary adjustments for my purchase request to make it the most amazing experience to date. Although a late night purchase, I was countered with bringing the truck back in for cleaning and detailing. This was at my own disposal to the when, however I brought my vehicle in the next day. I was met with the same level of professionalism and expeditious care. While waiting, I saw Ron traverse multiple customers and putting the care for each at the top of his priority list. I honestly don’t know how he did it with the pain he had in his back at the time, but by all means I can say without a pause of thought that this man is the one you want to do business with. He is an amazing man, an amazing leader, and an amazing customer service Agent that is upfront, honest, and caring. I wholly appreciate this experience and hope to see Ron move up through the ranks of his trade as I believe through our lengthy discussions that he is a step above the rest in customer care. As a manager myself, I express how easy it is to genuinely care. Ron does it without hesitation and built naturally into his character. Thank you Ronald Chavez for everything! You’re the best  sir.
