Came in for a oil change and the service guys didn’t install my filter correctly causing me to loose all 6 quarts of oil on the road. Had to be towed back. They refilled my Jeep and cleaned the oil of install my filter correctly causing me to loose all 6 quarts of oil on the road. Had to be towed back. They refilled my Jeep and cleaned the oil off my engine but not my undercarriage until I pointed it out. My undercarriage was sprayed with oil from front to back. I know they are short handed due to COVID but someone should have inspected my Jeep before I left. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. More

I had a scheduled oil change done. I got there a few minutes and all three service personnel were busy. Alex was closest to me and told me twice they would be with me shortly. I told it is okay because minutes and all three service personnel were busy. Alex was closest to me and told me twice they would be with me shortly. I told it is okay because I was early. He got to me as fast as he could. I found myself leaving maybe 15-20 minutes after My scheduled appt time. They got to me and the service personnel got the work done in a very good time. I get good service every time I go in. The staff is so friendly and show they care about me and my vehicle. More
