Nobody really knew how to do my financing paper work and added a 5k extended warranty without even letting me know the cost and or any other options. I flew from Dallas to San Angelo and was in and out in 2 added a 5k extended warranty without even letting me know the cost and or any other options. I flew from Dallas to San Angelo and was in and out in 20 minutes. Once i picked up my truck and made it home I noticed that the extended warranty covers 36 months or 36k miles and odometer reading was way off. Online it said it had 110 thousand ish miles but had 114 thousand ish miles. Warranty paper work said the same. So it shows that I already used 4 thousand miles of my warranty when in reality it was only a few hundred. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Brian and haven’t heard from anyone from the dealership. Very nice people. The process of getting my car took to long. Waited 3 weeks to get my truck and they weren’t even up to date with it. Like a professional agent should be with a customer.
