I've taken my wife's Dodge Avenger in twice to have the catalytic converter replaced due to a recall. On the first try they allegedly didn't have the catalytic converter so I picked up my car at the end of catalytic converter replaced due to a recall. On the first try they allegedly didn't have the catalytic converter so I picked up my car at the end of the day and rescheduled for the following week. On the second try they didn't have a gasket that was needed and didn't have an ETA on when the casket would be in stock and would call me when the part does come in. I have made than more than 15 new vehicle purchases through the years and have many firsts in terms of purchase experiences, but this particular experience was the least stressful and informative yet. Ronald, was more than experienced, he provided a concentrated effort on walking me through through this new purchase process and did so with extreme professionalism. There were no games, gimmicks or hard to play objectives. He was a professional, a leader among peers, as he allowed his counterparts to take on additional customers which would equate to their numbers and / or revenue in lieu of how own. He made me his #1 customer when I was there and although he was dealing with an unforeseen issue with his back he still maintained a high level of activity beyond a normal individuals taking and without complaint. Although unrelated to the purchase of itself, I have to make mention of it this amazing sales representative that put his customer before his personal care. Ron was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and patient with this purchase request from me. He was engaged where he had to be, continued coordinations while waiting on other departments as we moved through the process. He checked on me frequently throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable, offered me cold water beverages and went out of his way to ensure this was a great experience.
