This is my third vehicle purchase from All American in five years. Their customer service is the primary reason. Our second vehicle was hand delivered to our door ninety miles away. We have had nothing but positive responses to any issues that have cropped up. We have had some issues that had nothing to do with them, such as an accident. They not only repaired the car, but were instrumental in accruing a rental and assisted us by returning it for us when our vehicle was repaired. A good portion of the courtesies that they provide are not required by any contract or agreement. I dropped the overall experience to good because of some minor details that we were not informed about. This is the first new vehicle purchase that did not come with floor mats. I would have purchased them on the spot if I had known about it. Minor disclosures do tend to happen. This by no means affects the way we feel about the experience. We are happy with the vehicle and the way we were treated. As long as we live in the west Texas area, our business will stay with All American. More

Saturday he E-mail information on a Jeep he had elsewhere and man let me tell you he found a 2007 Jeep Wrangler in mint condition and low mileage! When I walked into the dealership, I had expected the experience to be the same as any other dealership I had been too (rude and pushy salesmen) BUT what I got at All American was the nicest group of peo experience to be the same as any other dealership I had been too (rude and pushy salesmen) BUT what I got at All American was the nicest group of people I have ever encountered at a dealership. I had tried for months to get a new vehicle and was turned down everywhere and from everyone. Mickey came out of his office and said he got me approved through his bank. I was shell shocked and ecstatic at the same time. He put me into a brand new 2013 Chrysler Touring car. I couldn't believe the hospitality that Mickey and his whole crew gave. I wasn't even supposed to stop at All American because I was actually headed to Lubbock to a dealership up there but when I saw All American dealership, something inside me said to stop and I am so glad that I did. All our future dealings will be with All American. It doesn't matter where we are living, we would make the drive.
