I came in right before service closed, my back tire was flat even after putting air in it. Andrew got my car, put air in it and told me to come back tomorrow so we can get it patched up. I came back the next day, got my tire fixed and an oil change as well! I got my car back in less than 3 hours. Thank you so much for you help Andrew! As well as the rest of the service team. I purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor Roush Edition from Alexas Stanley on Friday 7/22. I loved the truck but it had a check engine light on it. I needed it fixed and th hood latch release fixed before I took poss Stanley on Friday 7/22. I loved the truck but it had a check engine light on it. I needed it fixed and th hood latch release fixed before I took possesion. They advised they would have it ready by the next day on Saturday 7/23. I arrived to get my Raptor from Alexas just after 12 pm. She advised me that it was in detail and that it would be ready in a little while. As I waited, I asked about the check engine light code and the hood release. The hood release was fixed, but the check engine light was off, and the Service Manager advised Alexas the Knox sensor was needing changed and that it was going to be taken to Rogers Ford for Service and Repair. I called Rogers Ford to check on my truck and was told that it was delivered to service on Tuesday, 7/26 and that it was going to be a week before they can even touch it. So I had purchased a truck that I can't drive. For at least 2 weeks. Not sure why All American Dodge couldn't have repaired it. But that is something that wasn't explained to me. I am disappointed due to how long I have to wait to be able to enjoy me new purchase. But that has nothing to do with Alexas Stanley. That would ne with your service department and that lack of communication on this situation. Alexas Stanley is a very AWESOME saleswoman. I would defently purchase from her again in the future. Please follow up on my situation and see what can be remedied. Thank you, More
