[Update 8/9/2022] Andrew was supposed to call me back on Monday 8/8/2022 after her spoke to Adam about getting me into a loanerwhile they keep my keep for diagnoses and repair to the gas fume leak on my 201 Monday 8/8/2022 after her spoke to Adam about getting me into a loanerwhile they keep my keep for diagnoses and repair to the gas fume leak on my 2019 Jeep. Since Andrew never returned my call, I called him to get an update. They wanted to keep my Jeep for a while (3 week) or more and would not be able to accommodate putting me into a loaner. I paid for extended warranty. I should be allowed a loaner during the extended time they need to keep the vehicle. I have no other means of transportation to get me and kid to and from school or work. I can not believe the way they treat customers to put hard working money amd trust into their business. I am having to find an outside mechanic to help. [Back yet again. I had an oil change done 7/28/22. That day service was surprisingly great. Today 8/5/22 my check engine light came on. I called and spoke with Andrew. I let him know that my Jeep was serviced a week ago from today. I am wondering if they left a cap open during after completing the oil change or if it could be a bigger issue. We briefly discussed warranty. Andrew offered to run a test to see if anything comes up. Before ending our call, I advised him that I would be in today at 4:30 or 5. I areived at 4:22. I walked into the service department. No one asked if they could assist me. I walked up to a gentleman who gladly walked out to find Andrew. Andrew left to pickup a customer. So I briefly gave the gentleman details of mine and Andrews phone conversation. The gentleman directed me to another service guy (a bit of an older man). I again gave a brief overview of mine and Andrews conversation. The second guy said he can not help me and Andrew would be gone for a while, maybe 30 minutes. I said we'll, I will wait. I came from Odessa. I need to get assistance today. The older guy who was watchiing videos, ust shrugged his shoulders. (A blurred image included). Luckily I waited no more than 10 minutes for Andrew who had was fast at pointing out the problem and going into details on a resolution. [Update* My Jeep needed some replacement parts. It's been over a month. All they tell me when I call is the parts have been ordered. Unfortunately Jeep in Midland will not put my in a loaner, rather suggested I rent a vehicle from Rent a Car. (So in addition to my monthly payments, I am to pay for a rental)! Lucky for me someone let be borrow their truck. Since it's been a month, I need to return the truck. Which will leave me without transportation to get to and from work and school. Honestly, this will be the last time I purchase anything from this dealership. For situations such as this, they should definitely be readily prepared to put customers into a loaner. Today is May 16 2022. All American Chrysler of Midland tells me the same story every time I call. They find new problems woth my Jeep. They don't have a loaner for me to get around in. It's been about 2 months. EVERY week that I've called, they say they had to order a new part and it's on its way. Two months is way too long to leave a person without a vehicle to get to and from work and such. And my gut instinct tells me, they are not working on my Jeep, because they always say it's the main casing. Last week I received a message on a Thursday that my Jeep would be ready for pickup. When I called today, I was told the same story that has been told to me since week 2 that my Jeep has been there. ADAM and crew do not empathize with customers. They won't update me on anything unless I call, which is not much of an update, but rather the same story since week two. Customers are not important to these people. A piece of proof attached. Proving that I am told Jeep will be ready. Except what I cant prove is when I call, I am told they have to order the main component or casing.] [Adam and Toby are HORRIBLE! They left me a full day without my vehicle without any service done to my Jeep. They wouldn't send a shuttle to pick me up from work. I was left without my Jeep and no one to take me to get my Jeep.] More
