Last 3 schedule maintenances (10k, 20k and 30k) have taken 3-5 hours each time. My tire which loses over 10-15 PSI overnight for last 20k miles, I’m told each time there is no hole that needs to be patc taken 3-5 hours each time. My tire which loses over 10-15 PSI overnight for last 20k miles, I’m told each time there is no hole that needs to be patched and gets passed on, and rotated on another spot on the car. I have informed reps that I have wheel and tire coverage and that if no hole is found, that it needs to be deemed faulty and replaced as no working tire needs air every day and loses that much PSI daily, but to no avail. We will see what happens on 40k maintenance check in a month…. Hoping for a better experience. Only positive is that Andrew at service desk is nice. More

Took a total of 5 weeks just to get my vehicle diagnosed and they did started they did not do loaner vehicles even though it was my only vehicle and everything i got done was warranty work. Rather sell and and they did started they did not do loaner vehicles even though it was my only vehicle and everything i got done was warranty work. Rather sell and get a vehicle from a brand that will give a loaner vehicle from the dealership I buy from. More

FRUSTRATING! !! Don't take your car there ever!!! I have a brand new Jeep. And I took it there. BIG MISTAKE!!! After I was stern with Andrew, he stopped answering !! Don't take your car there ever!!! I have a brand new Jeep. And I took it there. BIG MISTAKE!!! After I was stern with Andrew, he stopped answering my calls. I then called his boss Toby Nox and got his answering machine. I left a message with my number. I've had my car back for 1 day as of now and Toby Nox still hasn't contacted me. Also I have a new SUV and they didn't give me a loader, or offer a rental. I discourage anybody from using this place. More
