I took my company truck in to have locking lug nuts removed due to loosing the key. The service guy (Andrew) backed my truck up, hit a pole, came in side walked right past me and said “hang on, I fked removed due to loosing the key. The service guy (Andrew) backed my truck up, hit a pole, came in side walked right past me and said “hang on, I fked up” and him and 2 other guys went back towards my truck, that’s when I followed and seen the damage. They tried saying it was ready to be picked up after the “repaired” it but the bumper was still hanging and the fender they damaged stuck out and wasn’t lined up right. I had expensive aftermarket LED headlights and I told Andrew they weren’t damaged so when they put the new housing in to just put my led bulbs in instead of the factory trash lights. He called and said that his “tech” threw the headlight housing away with my bulbs in it but would reimburse me if I sent in receipts, I did and I still Haven’t been reimbursed. When I picked the truck up I noticed that they never installed a factory high beam so Carlos gave me another one so I could get out of there and get on with my life in my wrecked truck. When I got to my shop I noticed they didn’t install The dust cap behind the light so I had to return to the dealer and get the dust cap. Finally got back to my shop to install Their junky factory high beam just to find a broken piece of my led high beam. So they lied about throwing my led bulbs away with the busted housing. They broke them Trying to install them and never removed the broken piece. I finally got that piece removed and installed their factory bulbs and now I’m just waiting on someone to reimburse me for my lights that Andrew damaged. Stay away from these crooks! More

Everything was a smooth process and easy pickup the only complain I had was my hood was left open and most people don’t pay attention but that could of flew up back at me. I closed it in time but just somet complain I had was my hood was left open and most people don’t pay attention but that could of flew up back at me.
