Everything was a smooth process and easy pickup the only complain I had was my hood was left open and most people don’t pay attention but that could of flew up back at me. Horrible experience, I traveled to pick up a truck I purchased on line and found out it was in terrible condition . The sales manager insisted I drove the truck . I realize service depts get backed up and you never know how long a repair may take. Each time I called the service dept, it rolled over to another dept…I called six times just to make the appt. I was shoc how long a repair may take. Each time I called the service dept, it rolled over to another dept…I called six times just to make the appt. I was shocked that the next available slot was 70 days out. Back to being patient and waiting my turn. When I dropped it off, I got no communication for days as to status. When I called, the response was …we’ll see if we can get it in in the next few days. I received no callback ever; I called again in a week and it was ready. I asked if they had tried to contact me by calling, texting or emailing or leaving a voicemail. No answer. The work performed was fine; service dept management needs a wake up call. Even if you are short on your labor force or lack the facilities, you can find a better way for your customers. More
