I realize service depts get backed up and you never know how long a repair may take. Each time I called the service dept, it rolled over to another dept…I called six times just to make the appt. I was shocked that the next available slot was 70 days out. Back to being patient and waiting my turn. When I dropped it off, I got no communication for days as to status. When I called, the response was …we’ll see if we can get it in in the next few days. I received no callback ever; I called again in a week and it was ready. I asked if they had tried to contact me by calling, texting or emailing or leaving a voicemail. No answer. The work performed was fine; service dept management needs a wake up call. Even if you are short on your labor force or lack the facilities, you can find a better way for your customers. More

Initially was told that appointments were 3 weeks out, but could leave it and they would get to it sooner. 5 weeks later was told the had looked at it, and so I gave the ok to order the part and picked up but could leave it and they would get to it sooner. 5 weeks later was told the had looked at it, and so I gave the ok to order the part and picked up the car. Another week passed. No word, so I went in (couldn’t get anyone on the phone) and found out part hadn’t been ordered, service advisor was fired and they would get it ordered. Another week, another visit finally got it in and hopefully fixed. Don’t plan on going back. More
