Have an oil change contract for my 2021 2500 Diesel. Had my oil change done recently. After having the truck parked in the driveway for a day, I noticed some oil on the ground. The oil tech didn’t clean up the mess after pulling the oil filter. I called and left a message with Toby and I’m guessing he just heard my voicemail and deleted it. I’d give him zero stars for following up. More
