There was a lot of miscommunication with the sales person and the financial person regarding when we would get our tags. They were overly optimistic to the point that it is unprofessional and didn't keep my and the financial person regarding when we would get our tags. They were overly optimistic to the point that it is unprofessional and didn't keep my husband updated on anything. The sales person also would not type my email correctly despite me telling him over the phone and my husband in person. I then had to esign twice and was still sent a paper copy with a phone call wondering if I've signed it or not. The disorganization from the sales person and finance is enough for me to never want to buy another vehicle her. The only reason for an extra star is because the woman in registration was amazing in figuring out what was going on. More
