DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Adam, Carlos, Andrea and Randy have made our lives a living nightmare. We traded in a great 2016 Ram 1500 for a 2500. We drove it for 3 days and the Adam, Carlos, Andrea and Randy have made our lives a living nightmare. We traded in a great 2016 Ram 1500 for a 2500. We drove it for 3 days and the Transmission gave out almost causing a huge accident with my son and Employees on board. They said they would fix it and make sure it runs properly. 1 month goes by and it stalls once AGAIN. Now they say it’s our problem and we have to pay 7,000$ for a new transmission. Now my business is loosing money and I have no way to move my employees to locations or haul my trailers. We trusted these people and were very loyal customers. Please re consider going to this dealership. Service department is just as bad as Sales. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID WITH US. Go to another dealership. This is not the 1st time we’ve heard bad things about this dealership. We made the mistake of not listening to all the other people that got ripped off. These people have lost out on a potential growing business. TREAD LIGHTLY WITH THESE PEOPLE! They did this to us and they will surely do it to you. More

DO NOT TRUST ANDREA, RANDY, CARLOS, or ADAM. Andrea and Randy are in sales and they told me my problems are with service which is ADAM AND CARLOS. I traded in a perfectly good 1500 dodge for a 2 Andrea and Randy are in sales and they told me my problems are with service which is ADAM AND CARLOS. I traded in a perfectly good 1500 dodge for a 2500 because I needed it to haul for my business. I drove it for 3 DAYS then the Transmission gave out almost causing an 18 wheeler to T BONE us. They said they would take care of it free of charge. 1 month later I get it back and it stalled on me AGAIN! Now they said it’s my problem and I have to pay 7,000$!!! They refuse to help me and won’t work with me. So I have to pay 7k for something that I barely even got to drive! They preach safety and how they only sell cars that drive. Those are lies! Keep in mind I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them just this year. And for them to be treating a loyal customer like this is horrible. I feel so cheated and it’s hurting my business now since I am left with no transportation and no way to haul my gooseneck trailer. Please re consider going to this dealership to trade in or get a used truck. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IF IT HAS MAJOR REPAIRS!
