Honestly I M so disappointed. I will NEVER do business with All American of Midland again. Darlene our sales rep is well aware of off my concerns. The short version is she told me I will NEVER do business with All American of Midland again. Darlene our sales rep is well aware of off my concerns. The short version is she told me the vehicle had no scratches or dents on when I paid to hold it so I could come get it. I specifically asked for photos from her phone not from the website and I stated that the car appeared very dirty. Darlene stated that she would have the car detailed that Friday before I picked it up. Then when I was on my way she was frantically calling me stating that after the car was detailed stating that it had several scratches on it from the “car wash.” The scratches were deeper than that. I was ok with them willing to work with it. I asked several times about the car facts I saw that listed none of this. But I was not observant enough. Upon arrival home my husband was looking at the car and said his car has been wrecked the front end is broken and has been repaired and the paint job is not the same. It was obvious that the. Drivers side front end was welded and fixed and the paint was matt. I messaged Darlene and she said I would have told you if I saw it. The passenger break light was cracked. It is awful. I regret purchasing this car. I feel that everyone at All American was dishonest with me and wanted to make a quick buck. They offered me $500 for the scratches which is not nearly enough to repair the cars issues. More

Needed a Factory recall done, This recall has been very problematic for FCA. I needed a clutch, flywheel and throw-out bearing replaced. It took over a year for parts to become available. I had gotten my t problematic for FCA. I needed a clutch, flywheel and throw-out bearing replaced. It took over a year for parts to become available. I had gotten my third letter which stated parts and repairs were available in June 2024. I called and got an appointment to inspect the vehicle again after another recall on the issue. The appointment was for August. When I took it in the Service Writer told me no parts available, sorry. We argued a bit and I decided it was fruitless to go on, so I went and asked for a Manager. I was greeted by a Manager from Parts. She listened to my story and went to find out the problem. When she returned she told me parts were in Fort Worth and would be ordered, I had an appointment for the next week. I dropped the vehicle on a Monday, and it was ready to pickup on the following Monday. I had trouble getting it to shift into 1.3. and 5th gears. I was told to give it a few days. After two weeks I had to take it back with the shifter trouble. It was done in an hour. No Problems since. Once the issue was taken past the Service Writer I thought things went OK. More
