SAVE YOUR SOUL FROM ALL AMERICAN - I’m glad to see some good reviews on here, but I have not the same positive experience as others. Some of these reviews seem bought. I traded a 2021 for a 2023. They didn’t wash the car when I picked it up and I discovered hail damage after I washed it myself. The hail damage or the gas tank issue was not disclosed which is dishonest, but supposedly they inspected it upon turning it over to me. They would not rectify this in anyway, shape, or form. When I went to get gas I learned that I had to pump the gas upside down to get any in my tank. I took my car here for service because the car is still under warranty. One person told me the part was in and the other said it’s still on back order. Needless to say I took my car in anway trusting the service manager and not the general manager LaDonna Wilson. I have tried to get this issue resolved since June 2023. I have now had to resort to BBB to handle the situation and will take other action if need be. Furthermore, I ended up cancelling my service ticket because i don’t believe these people can be trusted. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. On a sidenote - When I went to check on it I found the doors unlocked and some things missing out of my car in the bullpen. They seemed to not be bothered at all that they left my car unlocked. Of course they have signage that they aren’t responsible. I wished I had chosen a more honest business to make my purchase and don’t feel comfortable taking my car here at all. You live and you learn, right? Do yourself and your investment a favor and take your business elsewhere. Also, received a very unprofessional response from them basically throwing their service manager Brandon under the bus. They think I’m dumb and I was because I came here 🤓 They don’t have room for improvement here because they are never wrong in their eyes. Absolutely nothing American about this place. Jeff slaughter is the overall manager and has yet to contact me to resolve anything. More

Beware: I have a brand new Challenger with less than 500 miles and a dead battery... no problem, these things happen. I booked an appointment online through their system for 8am on Friday - obviously, with miles and a dead battery... no problem, these things happen. I booked an appointment online through their system for 8am on Friday - obviously, with the expectations they would change out the battery and I'd be on my way to work. LOL! The guy said I would need to leave the car with him for the day because they are so backed up. Apparently the fact that I booked an appointment in advance means nothing. Long story short, I received my car back on Wednesday. You're reading this correctly, it took All American five (5) (V) (Cinco) working days to change a battery! It took them five days to do 15 minutes of work!!! I have reported All American to Dodge corporate as well as requested a refund for my warranty as All American Dodge is the only dealership in the Midland area and I can't afford to rent a car each time I go to the dealer. More
