Andrew is the worst service manager he does not even care about his customers all he can say is i have a 3 month waiting list i cant help you i have an exteneded warranty my truck was leaking oil there care about his customers all he can say is i have a 3 month waiting list i cant help you i have an exteneded warranty my truck was leaking oil there service dept is the only ones to touch it yet the didnt do a good jop oil cooler pump had to be replaced becuse they didnt change the filter that pump should never had gone out yet this man does not go in to make sure those oil filter get replaced i paid for those oil changes the were not free this man needs to go i love my dodge but i will never trust the dept or Andrew again i will buy more cars but never from midland dodge so sad to known John Villarreal is gone sad to say but Andrew if feel a problem with ethic women had i been white or a man he would have acted different i just bet no more midland dodge for me hope you leave an my friends who just bought there cars don't truest you either More

I will never send anyone there not even my worst enemy! ! The car was messed up it was like it was a trade in and the next day they sold it to me. They didn't even inspected it.. I had the vehicle two weeks and it was in the shop for another two weeks and they wanted me to pay almost 900 dollars in repairs they failed to fix during the inspection which was not done.. I think it is a horrible mistake if any one goes there and I will be sure I tell as many people as I can to save them from the headaches I went through... It's S@#T!! More
