Mr. Williams, I apologize that you feel that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We simply asked why you gave us such a poor survey score to Chevrolet when we met all your demands prior to you signing all of the paperwork and consummating your deal. When the salesperson brought this to your attention, you took offense to his questioning and refused to give him a straight answer. OH I see. Used vehicles purchased at All American Chevrolet are AS-IS with only a safety inspection. Therefore, vehicles can be sold with major mechanical problems as long as its safe.
