I had an appointment at 11am and dropped my vehicle off at 10:30. They told me it would be about an hour and a half. I came back at 1pm and my vehicle was still 7 cars behind and had not been touched. I th at 10:30. They told me it would be about an hour and a half. I came back at 1pm and my vehicle was still 7 cars behind and had not been touched. I then waited for another hour in order for it to be finished. Customer service was not great either. Everyone acted like they were too busy to help the next guest. More
