In addition, be more attentive than leaving a dirty hand print on a clean car when closing it back up. I had an appointment and it took an hour to be serviced. Next time I will use the kwik lube on the corner. They complete work in 1/4 amount of the time and are friendly…. took my truck the next day after this experience. More

Took 2 hrs to change my oil. I walked to the front from the waiting room and my truck was parked in front. TOOK THE CAR AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING WENT TO ASK WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG. THEN WAS TOLD COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. I WAS LIED TO SAYING WAS SHORT HANDED, WHEN IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT WAS TAKING SO LONG. THEN WAS TOLD COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. I CALLED MANY OF TIME ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME AND NEVER DID. ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS BE UP FRONT WITH ME SAYING THEY HAD COMPUTER ISSUES AND I WAS WELCOME TO WAIT OR RESCHEDULE. NO AFTER 2 HOURS I WAS LIED TOO. TOOK ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE THEY CHANGED THE OIL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE COMING THERE AGAIN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. AT THE FORD HOUSE IT COST MORE BUT A LEAST THEY DONT LIE AND DO A FULL SERVICE OF MY CAR. More
