We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we have always received. Even when we would call and our representative was not available, Brandon or Oscar were able to walk us through the update we have always received. Purchased the vehicle 4 months ago, too soon for me to be having issues with it. Scheduled service on the app, and called to schedule a vehicle to be lended to me, and didn’t get a call back. Has been 2 week having issues with it. Scheduled service on the app, and called to schedule a vehicle to be lended to me, and didn’t get a call back. Has been 2 weeks. Went to dealership, young man was helpful but manager wasn’t, Was told a loner wasn’t guaranteed. If they would have called me 2 weeks ago it shouldn’t have been an issue. More
