Customer service was terrible. I was taken to the cashier so I could pay out. The cashier did not acknowledge me until she was done stapling some papers and organizing some things. I was taken to the cashier so I could pay out. The cashier did not acknowledge me until she was done stapling some papers and organizing some things. She could have at least said one moment or something nope nothing. Then she looks at me and point at the card reader so I insert my card to pay. During this time she is on the phone talking about her personal drama. I complete the transaction and she gives me my receipt as she continues talking on the phone never speaking to me at all. More

An oil change and tire rotation took from noon till 4 to complete with an appointment at noon. It took me 2 months to get my truck when all they had to do was replace the radio. Then my truck was not even detailed. They took the front license plate holder off, they took the exterior lights off my tru do was replace the radio. Then my truck was not even detailed.
