Workmanship good. Customer service quite lacking. For example, now greeting, continuity of car, explanation of work etc. also, my car automatically records audio & vid Customer service quite lacking. For example, now greeting, continuity of car, explanation of work etc. also, my car automatically records audio & video, technicians could be more selective about the conversations they have, because you never know who will hear what you think is private. In addition, be more attentive than leaving a dirty hand print on a clean car when closing it back up. I had an appointment and it took an hour to be serviced. Next time I will use the kwik lube on the corner. They complete work in 1/4 amount of the time and are friendly…. took my truck the next day after this experience. More

Took 2 hrs to change my oil. I walked to the front from the waiting room and my truck was parked in front. When I told the lady that was my truck she ignored me and waved a gentl I walked to the front from the waiting room and my truck was parked in front. When I told the lady that was my truck she ignored me and waved a gentleman over. He never apologized for taking so long. I would maybe still be sitting there 3 days later if I hadn’t gotten up and asked about it. More
