The sales manager said they would not honor a sale price that was offered through the customers work. After some negotiation the customer stated they would not purchase the vehicle unless the sale price was that was offered through the customers work. After some negotiation the customer stated they would not purchase the vehicle unless the sale price was given. The sales manager offered a value close to but not the sale price, and then asked for the customer to sign that the sale price was given so they can get the rebates from the customers work. After the finance manager refused to show the approval letter containing the customers credit score and offered interest rates the letter for the sale price was not signed. More

I bought a used car. Once I signed all the paperwork they completely went back on fixing anything on the car like originally agreed. Sure it's used, cosmetic defects are the least of my worries and can be fixed personally but they couldn't charge the A.C. they sure did say they could do it before they got the signature on the paperwork tho.
