Purchased the vehicle 4 months ago, too soon for me to be having issues with it. Scheduled service on the app, and called to schedule a vehicle to be lended to me, and didn’t get a call back. Went to dealership, young man was helpful but manager wasn’t, Was told a loner wasn’t guaranteed. If they would have called me 2 weeks ago it shouldn’t have been an issue. More
