I had a blow out a couple days ago and it happened about a quarter mile from the dealership. I was able to coast it into the dealership entrance before the tire went completely flat. A gentleman from the service department spotted me from the building and walked all the way to me to make sure i was okay. He held me get my car to the service department and even stayed with me until a service rep was able to help. My service representative was Tim Rich, and he did an amazing job from beginning to end. I thankfully had warranty coverage for the tire, so he called that in and worked everything in his end so I didn't have to pay for the blow out. I went ahead and replaced the other 3 tires as well. I honestly was so impressed with the level of customer service, I didn't mind pay a few extra bucks to get those taken cars off too. Since the blowout was unexpected, I didn't come prepared to entertain a 2 year old and 2 month old, but the waiting area in the show room had just enough toys to keep my 2 year old entertained. The wait wasn't too bad and I was kept informed of the progress the whole time. I have another Chevy dealership closer to my house and I will be making the drive to get all my service work done here instead from now on. More

Great people. Everyone from the front desk at the service department and everyone in the mechanics department did a excellent job. Service department not customer friendly We went into this dealership to get an oil change. Upon arriving we stood in front of the customer service desk for almost 5 minutes not being acknow We went into this dealership to get an oil change. Upon arriving we stood in front of the customer service desk for almost 5 minutes not being acknowledged by the 2 gentlemen. Finally a lady approached and sat in her chair. My husband initiated the conversation and said can you help me she did reply yes. As my husband looked over the older gentleman in this department glared at him. So not a great first impression. Once our car was done she grabbed the paperwork from the mechanic. She then sat down and started texting before finishing our paperwork. Once she decided to do our paperwork we were sent over to the cashier. When we tried to pay we couldn't pay with cash unless we had the exact amount because the cash was in the bosses office locked up. She then was telling us how he had just had a new baby; and that is great however this isn't nothing more than an excuse after already having bad customer service. Im sure someone coyld have called him since most people have a cell phone to make this happen. It wasn't really early that we were there either. They open at 7 and we were trying to pay at 11am. Will not return to this location ever. Would drive an hour further for better customer service. More

Came in for an oil change and left with a new car Shawn was very helpful and welcoming as soon as I stepped foot in the service center. He offered to show me around to lot while I wait for my car. Two hour oil change It shouldn't take 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. And this was with an appt. And when the car was done and parked outside, I had to tell the service agents that my car was done. Very poor customer service. I would have given 1 star but Tina was very helpful when I made the appt. She made sure they knew exactly what services I needed before my appt. So there is no excuse for a 2 hour oil change. More
