Horrible experience My fiance and I went in last Saturday looking for a specific car. (This is after going in Friday evening and standing in the showroom for 10 minutes and no one even speaking to us. We then walked the lot and was offered no help before deciding to come back in the morning when they were hopefully less busy) They had multiple on their website, but most were at other dealerships. I was shown 3 and none had the leather seats I had stated were really necessary. The salesman suggested adding leather seats to the vehicle. I didn't want to do that. Magically, they had one in the back that had everything i was looking for. This car was the same year, make, model, mileage, and price as a car we had looked at at another dealership the night before. I was up front and honest with Jimmie and stated that we had already looked at one, and everything was similar. We hadn't worked numbers with the other place because we went late, but that I liked the other color better. We ran some numbers with Jimmie, but they were tentative. He still had to get with the sales manager for real numbers. We thanked him, went home to get something to eat and check with the other dealer. While at the other dealer, I called the Chevy dealer twice trying to get a hold of Jimmie. Each time I was told he was with another customer. Which is fine, but I was trying to compare numbers and give him a shot. During this time, the other dealership offered me more on my trade and less on the overall price of the vehicle. I tried one more time to call Jimmie and still nothing, so we proceeded with the deal at the other dealership. Right before we sat down in financing (3 hours and 3 phone calls after leaving Chevy), Jimmie finally called my Fiance back. My fiance explained our gratitude for his help, but explained the situation and that we were just starting to sign papers. Jimmie didn't say a word and rudely hung up the phone. My fiance was obviously upset and felt very disrespected. 5 minutes later, Jimmie called back. He didn't apologize or try to even pretend like they got disconnected. He stated that they had someone on the hook for my trade for $2,200 more than what they had originally told me and that his manager was very upset to lose that. Shouldn't that have prompted an immediate call to get me back in? Makes me think that they knew from the beginning that was offered and were trying to lowball me on my trade to make some money for themselves, but that of course is speculation. Overall, the feeling of the place is just one of a revolving door. they just want to make a sale and some money and dont really care about the customer. they're rude and disrespectful. i will never set food in this dealership again. Rude Salesman Went in to get info and pricing on a used vehicle. We had been looking at the same vehicle at a couple different lots in town trying to find the best deal. Ran some numbers and got an offer on our trade left with all the info to go eat and compare with another dealer. The other dealer was able to match the vehicle price and give us more on our trade. So I called to inform the salesman that we decided to do our business with the other dealership. He was rude and ultimately hung up on me as I was thanking him for his time. 5 minutes later he calls back, doesn’t apologize, and offers more on the trade in. I would’ve went back and finished the deal with them but hanging up on a potential customer and losing out on a $20,000 deal was their problem not mine. More
