Review is related to the Service Department specifically. I relayed what I needed them to do, and my new number, 3 times and they failed to do what I needed them to do while I was out of the country. When we picked car up a piece of bodywork hadn’t been re-installed correctly. We need to return the car to them at a later date for them to have another go. They are exceptionally disorganized and unreliable. Since we’ve had the car back the central screen has gone blank and starter relay, or similar, has broken which left us stranded when 40 minutes from home mere days after it left their care. If there was a choice I’d use somebody else but they’re 2.5 hours from me and the closest. More
I went in for a software update recommended by Alfa. My initial appointment was for Saturday morning, but at the last minute, I wanted to see if I could switch to Friday. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Andrew and directed to the waiting room. The work took under one hour and I was out of there quickly. The check out process was as smooth as the check in because of Andrew's efficiency and professionalism. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as when I took it in, which tells me that the maintenance staff take appropriate steps to achieve that (gloves, paper floor mat, and temporary seat cover). Service was easy to schedule online, drop off the car, and staff was friendly. The waiting room could use some upgrades, like stocking the empty mini fridge. I feel like it took a little while in between my car coming back from the rest drive and when I was finally notified it was ready, however I don't know what the process is there as far as paperwork so I won't judge there. When I did get called up to pick up my car, the manager(?) explained what was done and answered all my questions, including clarifying some questions I had about my maintenance plan. Overall a good experience. More
