I haven’t bought a new car in a number of years, and allthe dials, switches knobs and everything else involving a new car wad overwhelming, but when I went back to learn how everything worked, Chris was just as helpful as he was the day I bought the vehicle. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- STAY AWAY Andrej sold me a 2016 BMW X5 for their asking price for my wife . I arranged funding and got a cashier’s check to pay them. 2 days later he called me Andrej sold me a 2016 BMW X5 for their asking price for my wife . I arranged funding and got a cashier’s check to pay them. 2 days later he called me in the evening and said that the car is not available and will call me with details the next morning. He called this morning and told me that the car was not available for sale. When I asked for details his tone completely changed and very rudely told me that this is all he had to say to me. I asked him to get the GM of the dealership to call me and explain to which he replied saying no one was going to call me and rudely hung up. I own a few high end cars and this is by far the WORST AND RUDEST buying experience I have had. Have also left a voicemail for a sales manager at Alan Jay group and am awaiting a call back. STAY AWAY. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO DON’T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. More
