I have to be honest. This dealership since the day we bought this car has basically disowned us. This work should have been done before we picked up the car. We had made several phone calls to try to get bought this car has basically disowned us. This work should have been done before we picked up the car. We had made several phone calls to try to get this resolved. We were promised every time, that they would call us back and never did. We filled out a survey when we bought the car and complained about it. Maserati USA got involved and promised to take care of it. That never happened. More promises to look into it and get back to us. That never happened either. What we are talking about was getting the windows tinted and the Sirius radio activated that we already paid for. So now we have tinted windows and no Sirius radio. I am just blow away at the incompetence in this situation. I am way to busy to be dealing with such minor things in this fashion. Nonetheless taking time out of my day to fill out this survey. Normally I just give 5 stars and move on with my life. Great job Maserati of St Pete and Maserati USA. This is not expected from an upscale purchase like this. No dealership would do this never mind such a perceived High End Brand like this. This is my 2nd and last Maserati. More

Above and beyond There are many great things to say about Maserati Alfa Romeo of St. Pete's service center, but in summary, they do amazing work. I purchased my vehic There are many great things to say about Maserati Alfa Romeo of St. Pete's service center, but in summary, they do amazing work. I purchased my vehicle as soon as it was available on the lot and the General Manager Antonio was not happy with the paint on the hood of the car. There were some slightly visible imperfections likely from the crazy acidic bugs in Florida. If you don't clean them off asap, they burn through the paint. He immediately made an appointment with the service center and gave me a loaner (a very nice loaner). When I picked up my car, it was spotless and the hood was perfect. Antonio recommended I get a protective coating for my car because it is black and due to the bug problem here. I scheduled my car in for the protective coating and it now looks like a brand new car (it is two years old). The sales, service, and management at this dealership is top-notch and I would highly recommend buy new or used at this dealership. More
