Recall work and warranty issues. There was no money in it and they are not the original Dealer so they seemed not to care or make much effort. The system randomly reboots and either the reset data for last and they are not the original Dealer so they seemed not to care or make much effort. The system randomly reboots and either the reset data for last oil change got wiped or a reset was not performed by the FCA Mopar Certified shop. I was not aware o this condition until it was brought to my attention by the Tech. They did not investigate the reason just let me know that if I wanted the oil reset the price would be around $460 including a list of Services not due for another 3,000 miles or 4 months. The up sell attempt really left a bad taste in my mouth. The vehicle had just under 10K miles and the first oil change was last September at about 7500 miles. Unresolved problems: They provided a canned response to my mileage range indicator erratic values but did not perform a road test to duplicate. They made no attempt to diagnose reported Android auto connectivity issues. They failed to provide any rationale for the random reboots of the system despite it being a known issue for the vehicle but merely indicated no errors were found.. Update 4/23/2020 Poor service and lack of effort confirmed . All 3 unresolved problems reported above were readily confirmed by another Alfa dealer service department and fixes through software updates were made. Will be working with Alfa And FCA to highlight misconduct by Maserati of St Pete. More

Recall update handled quickly and effeciently. Called to see if service department was still open for business. Service manager, Mike Fallin, said yes and was able to get my Stelvio in 20 minutes l Called to see if service department was still open for business. Service manager, Mike Fallin, said yes and was able to get my Stelvio in 20 minutes later for the latest software update. Update took about 35 minutes and I was on my way. Very happy. More
