Always a Pleasure I didn't have an appointment that day but because the problem was intermittent and I was in the neighborhood I thought I would pay a visit and see if I didn't have an appointment that day but because the problem was intermittent and I was in the neighborhood I thought I would pay a visit and see if I could get the glitch to manifest itself. Just a positive expereince Joe Mullins (Used Car Manager, and Peter Latsoudis (Business Manager) were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I am purchasing out-of-state, so I was happy they showed the flexibility that needed to happen in this process. If I was going to complain it would be about the manual process for acquiring and signing the paperwork. There is no e-resignation process it is all manual and with a notary. I haven't had to experience that process since the 2000's. It took over a week to finalize the purchase. The owners of that dealership need to spend some $$$ and make this process efficient as we are in an ecommerce world and most dealerships have this process automated. More
