It is located too far away from where we live since they moved to Naples. Staff are not friendly, no expression at all. Unable to have car loan to you. We had been there two times. Each time said they moved to Naples. Staff are not friendly, no expression at all. Unable to have car loan to you. We had been there two times. Each time said they do hv this kind of service. Waiting room is too small only few snacks and some drinks provided. Staff not helpful at all when we found out the maintenance service took more than two hours which we were told no more than an hour. Ended up took three hours finishing. As a service center service expensive and well known vehicles, cannot believe there do not accept American Express card. We will not recommend this service center any more. Compare to the one used to be in a fort Amherst, a lot more better. More
