The experience was just okay. I heard some very colorful and unprofessional language from your team members while I was there. In the office next to mine, I kept hearing F-this, F I heard some very colorful and unprofessional language from your team members while I was there. In the office next to mine, I kept hearing F-this, F-that, xxxxxx, xxxxxx, etc. very loudly. The two used cars I had made an appointment to see were not clean or pulled around for me when I arrived for my appointment. I had confirmed that I was on my way before the appointment. I understand the two I wanted to see were not new flagship cars, but it would have been nice if they were clean and ready for a test drive.I was also told that doc fees are REQUIRED by law. I may be misled or misinformed, but I don't believe this is the case. Overall, the buying process was smooth otherwise. I was able to get a good interest rate. Sharmin was helpful, but I wish he was able to give me more information on the financial side of things. More
