Trust this review. The cars look nice but it's not worth it unless you're ok with it being in the shop A LOT. I've had my Stelvio for 2 weeks and it's already in the shop and I'm paying out of pocket for re it unless you're ok with it being in the shop A LOT. I've had my Stelvio for 2 weeks and it's already in the shop and I'm paying out of pocket for rental. They will ghost you if you have any issues and ask if they can help. They are not in the business of helping. Driving down the road with no traffic and my sunroof completely closed, the sunroof EXPLODES around the edges. In trying to get assistance with a brand new vehicle they tell me I have to call my insurance and see if they can help or I have to pay out of pocket. The parts are 1,500-4k depending on what they find yet they claim it's a glass and insurance issue. That was the 1 and only time anyone I originally dealt with has spoken to me about it. Since my issue came up, I have received a few text replies but no calls and no offers to help. The service rep said he sent a picture to manager who immediately denied any warranty claim before they even dug into the issue. Avoid the nightmare all together by not going there but when you get in the office with the finance person and try to drive a hard bargain and their phone keeps going off its because they're all listening in! Walk out. Trust your gut. More

We showed up to inquire about a used truck and was immediately met with a salesman. We asked for the price and info for the truck since it was not on their website. Next thing we know there was another salesman helping us because the first one didn't know anything about trucks (hard to believe in TX). Next we are on a test drive with the salesman that still doesn't know the price of the truck. After getting back to the dealership, we were told that they needed to basically run everything to get the price for us. When they finally gave us the price, which was what that truck costs brand new, we politely said no and we would be on our way. But, they didn't want to give us our information back until they tried to put us in another truck with more miles, overpriced by 12k and damage all the way down the drivers side. We said no to that truck and then got pawned off on the finance guy named "Eleven". We had to keep telling him no for over 30 minutes all the while still waiting on the return of the driver's license. Will never go back there. Prices are way to high for all the vehicles, customer service needs a lot of help, very pushy finance guy, predatory to say the least, and there website that says 130% over KBB is a joke. Our trade would have been around 15k instead of the 8k we were offered.. More
Worst experience I’ve had in my whole life. Was given a written offer for an agreed upon price because I told them I had to Uber an hour to get to dealership to get the car. Once I got there they told me there was a mistake on their end but I had to eat the cost because mistakes happen and “I might as well do it since I’m already here.” I asked that they at least pay for my uber’s home since they failed to meet their promise, in which they said no and told me “why pay the $50 to get home when you could just do the deal instead.” Every time I was told a number they came back to me and changed it. They give “used car salesman” their names. More
