In my buying process I had talked to countless dealers and it was a painful experience, until I had arrived at the Fiat dealership. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to, I felt like I was being consulted with. I told them what was I looking for and they helped me find exactly it. The GM Dave called me and text me updates and was always professionally keeping me up to date on any changes or giving me options to look at with no pressure or chessy selling tactics. Almost every other dealer it was the direct opposite approach and experience. I even made a user error while using the car and brought it back in after 5 days and they took good care of me and didn’t make feel like the village idiot, the service team knew exactly what I did wrong and they kindly educated me.
