Nothing special It was my first time bringing car in. My son usually did that for me. I pulled Into garage and sat there for a bit and nobody came up to my car. Told him I had coupon and he said he would do my oil change for $59.99. When I went to pick up car I was charged $69.99 and no place on my receipt did it say why my check engine light was on. Friendly staff, clean waiting room, quick services The staff at the service center is very friendly and personable, waiting area is comfortable and clean (extra spacing was created for COVID restrictio The staff at the service center is very friendly and personable, waiting area is comfortable and clean (extra spacing was created for COVID restrictions). The original appointment I had needed to be rescheduled due to an oversight on parts (specialty car requires specialty parts), this was the only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars, I was mildly annoyed at the situation that the correct parts were not ordered ahead of time even though the scheduling knew what car I was bringing in. They were very apologetic and rescheduled me right away with no issues, I understand things like this happen and I try not to focus on and honest mistake. When I did get the service completed it was very quick (about 1.5 hours even on a specialty car which is very difficult to work on) and was done correctly. Overall I highly recommend the service center here. More
I made an appt day’s prior and notified them I needed a loaner and once I get there he tells me they have no loaners. I understand that for oil changes you do not provide them but the person on the phone s loaner and once I get there he tells me they have no loaners. I understand that for oil changes you do not provide them but the person on the phone said yes. Even when I got there the guy said yes it says loaner on here. So now I had to wait and miss my other appt I had. Please train your employees to keep there word Person at the desk didn’t have mask on and was miserable. More
