Maple Shade saved the day, led by Emil Fichmann. With a week to go before the warranty expired on our 2017 Giulia; amidst thunderous downpours and no garage for our car, the sunroof locked out in the fully week to go before the warranty expired on our 2017 Giulia; amidst thunderous downpours and no garage for our car, the sunroof locked out in the fully open position. We were panicked and our local dealership could not, and would not take us for 3 weeks - even just to house the vehicle. We contacted Alfa Romeo Premier Customer Services and Alex, who went out of his way to help us, arranged for a tow to Maple Shade. Scott, from Cioffi Towing arrived before the end of the day, was extremely helpful and assured us that the car would be covered for the night. When we checked in with Emil the next morning, he told us he would look at the car, and let us know what could be done within the week. Happily, he called the very next morning to let us know the car was already done - a simple fix! What an overall excellent experience for Alfa Romeo, Maple Shade and Emil, specifically - they made a desperate experience exceptional - rare these days. We picked up the car, it was cleaned impeccably including the removal of all the heavy tape residue on the windows from our intermediate plastic wrap. We love our cars (we own a Giulia and a Stelvio) and we would gladly get them serviced at Maple Shade again even though it is 50 miles away.
